Shazam® FICO® Falcon® Fraud Manager
Fraud strikes people of all ages. West Pointe Bank is helping you fight fraud with FICO® Falcon® Fraud Manager one transaction at a time. Each time you use your debit card, we're monitoring the transaction with Falcon, keeping you and your money secure. Each purchase strengthens the card's history and in turn, makes decisions on which transactions are likely to be fraudulent. If a suspicious transaction is detected on your debit card, a Shazam® fraud specialist will call and/or text you on our behalf from (866) 508-2693. They will not ask for any sensitive personal or card information. If you confirm the transaction(s) fraudulent, Falcon's real-time response capabilities allow us to quickly act and avoid additional losses.

Shazam® brella™
Shazam® brella™ is a mobile app that provides fraud protection for your peace of mind. Notifications can be set to alert debit card purchases made when the card is not present, such as telephone or internet orders. Fraudulent activity can be thwarted by setting alerts for large dollar transactions or purchases attempted by international countries. When alerts are received, simply review the transaction(s). If the purchase isn't valid, call right away and we'll place a block on the card. It's like having a high-tech early warning system at your disposal every minute of every day.
